I met Mathilde and her little family a few months before for a pregnancy session at their home near Nice. They live in a little corner of paradise a few kilometres from the city. I had a huge friendly crush on Mathilde. She is a sweet, sunny mother who makes you want to have another one right away. A few days before she gave birth, we had managed to find time for a lovely summer session and we had promised to meet again when her baby arrived. So when her little one, Leon, was born, I was really happy to meet up with them again for a mum and baby session around breastfeeding. This time, it was under pretty autumnal lights that we were able to perform this sweet session. Inside and outside, with a very calm 3 month old Leon. Pure moment of happiness and serenity. It was one of my first mother-baby sessions of this style. I really enjoyed immortalizing these fleeting and fusional moments of breastfeeding between a mum and her little one. If you too would like to do a photo session between you and your baby (we can also bring the daddy along, of course), don’t hesitate to contact me when he is born. I like to do these sessions when the baby has grown a bit. Three months is a good age for that! For the newborn sessions, I only do what we call “Lifestyle” sessions. I come to your home and follow you for a few hours in your daily life as a young parent. I do not handle the baby. These sessions can be done from 5/6 weeks and without age limit!
