AN ELEGANT WEDDING IN THE HEART OF MARSEILLE

S and T are architects in Paris. They have a strong taste for simple, elegant things. When we met to talk about their dream wedding, more than a year before it took place, they told me about the importance of details, the importance of coherence between all the elements chosen for their Big Day and, above all, the priority given to images that capture their emotions in a carefully crafted photographic composition.

CHOOSING THE GROOM’S DRESS AND SUIT

We talked throughout the year. I helped S. to find the perfect dress. I knew that Anne de Blanc Crème, a designer wedding dress brand and retailer, would be perfect for my bride. Thanks to Anne’s careful selection, our beautiful S. found the dress of her dreams… From a brand I’m also particularly fond of: Luna Bride.
As for the groom, he chose a smocking. I think that’s my favourite thing for men. The smocking chosen by T. at l’Apièceur is a blend of timelessness, elegance and charm.

LA BASTIDE DE TOURSAINTE: AN ODE TO PROVENCE

The D-Day, I met them at the Bastide de Toursainte. A beautiful residence in the heart of Marseille. This eighteenth-century building is an ode to Provence and summer evening weddings. In colours of white and green, it’s their whole world that I find here, just as he had described it to me a few months earlier.
It was a real pleasure to be with both of them. Two beautiful people, with a rare kindness and generosity. Here are a few images from that beautiful summer’s day.
