As a photographer, I dreamed of flying for a wedding in Corsica … A + B offered me this chance for their wedding in Lumio.
These two live on the other side of the world or almost, at least where it’s cold, in Canada. For their wedding, they wanted sunshine and authenticity. What could be better than the “L’Ile de Beauté”, family’s land of B.
Getting ready outside in a pretty house, a secular ceremony at the end of the day at the restaurant “Le Rocher” near Lumio, a love session in the Corsican bush, a dinner under the stars, a lively party… Everything was perfect.
Besides, I can only recommend you to organize your secular ceremonies when the sun begins to decline a little. The guests suffer less from the heat and the photos are always softer at this time of the day. Le Rocher is a unique and exceptional place, I believe that it is one of the most beautiful venue I have been able to photograph in my life as a wedding photographer! So if you want to say yes with your feet in the water and your head in the mountains, Corsica is the place to fly …
